2025-2026 Cohort Students

Bridge To Business's 2025-2026 cohort includes roughly 40 high school students from across the United States, aspiring to careers in various aspects of the business world. Meet some of them below.

Ulises Sanchez-Rodea

Ulises was born in the Bronx, New York. From a young age, his parents, who immigrated to the United States in search of a better future, taught him the importance of being responsible and caring. Their hard work and sacrifices have inspired him to appreciate every opportunity he receives and always give his best. In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer with friends and family, as well as playing guitar. One of his strongest skills is teamwork which has grown with his passion towards soccer. He looks forward to growing this skill with the support of the professional’s among this amazing program. He is interested in finance and accounting.

Alexander Tziavragos

Alex is a sophomore at Avenues the World School. He is an academy member of Downtown United Soccer Club NYC, an elite travel soccer team ranked MLS Next; a member of Avenues’s Junior Varsity Soccer Team (ACIS Champions), and hopes to make varsity this year. In freshman year, he tutored math to a sixth grader; was a member of Avenues’s Resolution Through Dialogue Club, and was a 9th grade representative for Avenues’s End of Year High School Community Building Event. He was also a teachers’ assistant at underserved elementary schools in Miami through Achieve Miami Summer. Alex is interested and eager to work on projects in the fields of investing, hedge funds, corporate finance, and private equity.

Leo Goldman

Leo is a senior at Westfield High School. Whether it’s analyzing models on the math team or playing doubles on his school’s tennis team, he loves strategy, patterns, and solving problems. Over the summer he participated in Wharton Global Youth’s Essentials of Entrepreneurship Program, where he started to explore his interest in business. He is excited to bring his curiosity, leadership, and teamwork to Bridge to Business while learning from peers and industry professionals. A few areas of potential interest include finance, investment, and business analytics.

Perry Sara Sloan

Perry is a sophomore at a College Preparatory Ski Academy in Vermont, Green Mountain Valley School (GMVS) where she pursues her passion and learns from the life lessons of ski racing while also preparing for a career in Business and Medicine.  At GMVS she helped start the Investment Club with two other peers to encourage learning about finance and stock market investing. She enjoys writing and has had her work published in Highlights Magazine, the American Library of Poetry, and was this year’s InvestWrite Vermont State Winner and 2nd place National winner for her essay on diversifying your portfolio.  She is also the Stage Manager for this year’s school play, Campus Captain at GMVS for the Hidden Opponent, helps with student orientation and is part of the Yearbook staff, Book Club and Current Events club. Prior to GMVS she attended Trinity in NYC, which provided a strong academic foundation and love for learning. She was able to spend time at Wharton this past summer attending the Global Youth Entrepreneurship program. It was an incredible experience that expanded her perspective on business. 

She is interested in both biology/medicine and business and is exploring a career as a doctor, business consultant or management in the medical space.

Danielle elkowitz

Danielle is a sophomore at Blind Brook High School in Rye Brook, New York. She is a member of many clubs, including: Mock Trial, Model UN, and Congress. She also enjoys art, music, and playing tennis. She values being an active member of my community and giving back. She is very involved in fundraising for her local hospital and advocating for the student body in her school district. Some fields of business that she is interested in include: marketing, design, and entrepreneurship.

Brett Feiner

Brett is 15 years old and from Newton, Massachusetts. He enjoys participating in his school's DECA program, and competing as well. He's a 3 sport athlete: golf, basketball, and baseball for his high school. Over his summers he goes to overnight camp where he has the benefit of partaking in many leadership roles. He loves hanging out with friends and watching sports with them. His favorite sports teams are the New York Jets, Boston Celtics, and Boston Red Sox. Some areas of Business that he's interested in are: Private Equity, Investment Banking, Finance, and Sports Business.

Maxwell Fu

Maxwell is excited to explore the field of business. He was introduced to stock trading by his friends, and he's been curious and interested about the stock market field ever since. He would love to work on projects relating to stocks, but any business field would be great if it provides firsthand experience.

Camila Giraldo Beltran

Camila is from Queens, New York, and she likes to listen to music, go on walks, and watch shows. Her favorite artist is The Weeknd. She will be a junior in high school in the fall and is very excited to be part of the 2025-2026 cohort. She is open to working in any field of business with other members of her cohort.

Kylee Hung

Kylee is a rising junior and plays competitive USTA tennis, training full time at John McEnroe Tennis Academy at Randall’s Island in New York. She loves getting involved in school clubs and events, and I especially enjoys working with kids and finding ways to make a positive impact on my community. She is extremely excited to be a part of this cohort! She is particularly interested in the marketing and advertising fields of business as she is intrigued by the behind the scenes of how products, events, etc. are promoted and displayed to the public. She would love to work with others that have similar interests in these fields.

Omar Khan

Omar is a junior and goes to school in New York. Some of his hobbies and passions are playing basketball, cars, and food. He has a strong interest in business and would be interested in corporate finance, real estate investment, consulting, etc.

Jackson Koch

Jackson lives in Brooklyn and is a rising junior at the NYC Museum School in Chelsea. His passions are sports and business. He plays travel soccer and runs track but loves watching all sports and analyzing everything happening on and off the field.  Especially the business of sports: how do teams make money, what trades are profitable, what sponsorships are successful, etc. He's also interested in entrepreneurship and fashion - he recently launched his own Depop store. His parents met at Wharton - he's excited to learn from other Wharton alums. He's passionate about sports management, finance, marketing, entrepreneurship, and real estate.

Aneka Lakhani

Aneka is from Westchester, NY. She attends Greenwich Academy, and is a rising 10th grader with a strong interest in the humanities. Her hobbies include dance, basketball, and music. She aspires to become a corporate lawyer and is excited to learn more about the diverse fields of business. She's interested in international business, economics, and finance, and is open to working on projects of any field.

Armaan lakhani

Armaan is a 16-year-old student from New York entering 11th grade. He is interested in math and science, and he runs track and plays basketball during his free time. He hops to pursue a career in business, potentially in finance. He's interested in finance, entrepreneurship, and technology.

Brendan Lee

Brendan is 15 years old and will be a junior in high school. He has an older brother and sister, as well as a cat. He loves to hang out with friends, cook, vacation with family, listen to music, and watch Philly sports. He is particularly interested in entrepreneurship and investing, and would love to work on a project involving those fields of business.

Tenzin Namkhang

Tenzin is deeply interested in finance and its real-world applications, especially in fields like investment banking and business strategy. As a chapter president of DECA and a participant in programs like Wall Street 101, she has explored topics ranging from market analysis to corporate decision-making. She's excited to connect with others who share a passion for business, and she's particularly interested in fields such as investment banking, impact investing, and financial technology; she'd love to collaborate on projects in those areas.

George Petkoff

George is a rising junior at The Bronx High School of Science. He loves to play sports and is a member of the soccer, basketball, and lacrosse teams at my school. He serves on the board of our Model UN team which competes nationally and also hosts their own conference, SciMUN. He also works with S.O. (Student Organization) to prepare and organize their school's events. George speaks English and Bulgarian fluently, and is conversational in Spanish. He is excited about business after he took a course at Wharton on business and sports analytics and participated in his school's Finance Institute. Now he would love to improve his knowledge about the business world. He's particularly interested in: finance, hedge funds, investment banks, private equity, entrepreneurship, technology, real estate, and sports analytics.

Shanaya Parikh

Shanaya is a rising junior at Horace Mann School. She enjoys spending time with friends, trying different cuisines, reading, and watching movies. She's also passionate about sports and loves staying active through a variety of games. She has a strong interest in the business world, particularly in finance and entrepreneurship, and she's excited to collaborate on projects with others in these fields.

Fields of interest: Finance, entrepreneurship, and marketing.

Will Rue

Will is a junior at The Lawrenceville School, a boarding and day school in Lawrenceville, NJ. He has a strong passion for leadership, collaboration, and hard work. He'll be serving as the Vice President of his dormitory of approximately 50 boys this year. His primary club involvement includes co-leading both Lawrenceville's Bible Study Club and a newly formed club with a focus on political advocacy and debate. He's also actively involved in several student organizations where he enjoys building community and working with others toward shared goals. Outside of academics, he is a member of the Varsity Baseball team and in the summer plays for a club baseball team and works as a certified lifeguard. These experiences have strengthened his discipline, resilience, and commitment to team success. He is the middle child of his family with 18 year old and 11 year old sisters, a lifelong resident of Montgomery, NJ, and a big fan of Duke Basketball, the Philadelphia Eagles and the NY Yankees. He is interested in finance, real estate, and marketing.
